Most companies offer only one or two facets of the home building equation. Classic Carolina Homes provides one stop shopping services to all clients. Our services include Floor Plan Design, Design Center Options, Financing, Cost Estimating, Consulting and Construction Services. Through the use of Chief Architect, CADD design software and our engineering department, we can design and build your perfect dream home from a piece of paper or the napkin from the restaurant or kitchen table (and it’s free if you choose Classic Carolina Homes). Located in our model home in Mooresville, NC, we have a Design Center featuring name brand products like Merrillat, Moen, Certainteed, Armstrong and a host of others where you can choose the options in your new home. Classic Carolina Homes offers various financing options through our own mortgage company (SIMCO –Simplex Mortgage Company), local mortgage brokers and local banks. Many documents are required for the mortgage process, which can be overwhelming, but we will work to insure the best possible service coordinating your new construction or permanent loan. We will provide a cost estimate and contract for your mortgage company. If you choose to build your own home, we offer consulting services to guide you through the building process in the Owner Builder Program. Full service construction services are provided for those choosing the Turn-Key Program.

The residential division of Classic Carolina Homes builds custom modular homes. Classic Carolina Homes offers the Turn Key Program, Sweat Equity Program, Affiliate Builder Program and the Owner Builder Program. The Turn Key Program is offered on your lot or ours (click here for inventory of lots) within a 60 mile radius of Mooresville, North Carolina. As the name suggests, Classic Carolina Homes will manage, coordinate, supervise and oversee the entire project. The Sweat Equity Program allows qualified homeowners to complete some of the work themselves. Qualifications depend on skills and availability. The Affiliate Builder Program is designed for those who purchase a Classic Carolina Home and require turn-key services but are outside the 60 mile radius of Mooresville, NC. Classic Carolina Homes, through our Affiliate Builder Program, builds homes up and down the entire East Coast, plus states east of Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. As you can see our territory is from Maine to Florida and then some. Finally, the Owner Builder Program allows you to build your own home with as much or as little guidance that you want. The Owner Builder Program affords the homeowner an opportunity to achieve maximum equity in their new home. The Owner Builder Program is offered up and down the entire East coast. Under the Owner Builder Program, three choices are available. Some homeowners choose to perform or contract all the work themselves, others want to contract all the work but need some guidance and some find themselves somewhere in between.
