Expandability is a feature most clients prefer in their home. Expandability comes in multiple forms. Features (crown molding, granite countertops, hardwoods, Trex, landscaping etc.) that can be added or areas (basements, bonus rooms, garages, screened porches) that can be finished later. Classic Carolina Homes thinks and builds to the future when constructing your project. For example, if we know you may add Trex at a future date, we will frame your deck 12” on center. If you will finish your basement, we will frame the supporting walls to accommodate your future design. If you have unfinished bonus areas scheduled for completion in the future, we will boom drywall to the second floor during initial construction.
