Our standards are upgrades to a majority of builders. The Custom Select Series is loaded with standard options which will seem like upgrades. Some of our standard options in the Custom Select Series include: 2x6 exterior wall studs 16” on center, R-19 wall insulation, 25 year shingles, Merillat cabinetry, upgraded 38 ounce carpet and Certainteed vinyl siding.
